Policies and Procedures: 911 Academy is COVID – 19 compliant . 911 Academy requests that all students register for courses 30 days prior to class convening. Late registration is to be expected, but once classes are filled the availability for booking will be closed. There is a minimum booking of 6 students per class, and a maximum of 24 students per class. For larger groups, price varies. There are no refunds if less than 10 days’ notification is given by the student and there will also be a 10% cancellation fee. If 911 Academy has to cancel for increment weather and/or red flag warning do to a fire hazard, there are no refunds. Due to this inconvenience, 911 Academy will provide the opportunity to book a future class on 911Academy’s course calendar. Prior to attending a 911 Academy course of instruction, all students must sign our release of liability waiver. Buy Now or Pay Later option is available interest free for four months. If any of the payments decline or are late during the four month period, an added surcharge of 20% will be added to your remaining balance.
